Ready to Race (customer supplied vehicle)

Below are all the parts that will be fitted to a prebuilt BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship Mk7 1.6 Zetec Fiesta. This product is for customer who wish to supply car to Cooksport and have us build the championship parts pack into a complete car. Additional parts are available upon request, such as additional seat package for a passenger, additional wheels, additional brakes etc. These can also be purchased once the car is built from this page. Full cars are 6 weeks from delivery of suitable donor car.

The car will be built with the following.

• Roll Cage Padding – Single pack of Roll cage padding, In accordance with FIA Appendix J Art 253. 8.3.5 requires cutting so size for drivers head area.

 

• Exchange engine – Exchange sealed championship specification engine. Built from Genuine Ford Components, engines must be supplied by customers first, the engine returned will not be the same unit. The unit will be built from all Ford genuine components. Head will be completely rebuilt to factory specification, a new head gasket set will be applied. The head, block bore and stroke will be measured ensuring OE specification is retained. compression will be maintained on skimmed heads etc. New piston rings all bearings and bolts will be replaced, along with new oil pump and water pump and a full timing set. The engines will be sealed with MSA tags. Should your engine be deemed unfit (rod failure, damage to cams, block etc) a replacement wil be requested and or surcharge levied.

 

• Front Brake discs Pair – Mintex Race Brake discs are supplied as pairs. Complete front axle.

 

• Front Brake Pads Pair – Mintex Race Brake pads are supplied as pairs, Championship specification marked for the championship. Complete front axle.

 

• Braided Brake Lines – Set of Cooksport Stainless steel Teflon Braided Brake lines PVC encased.

 

• Braid Wheels – Set of 4 Braid 15×7 et 35 Maxlight wheel in white championship marked.

 

• AST5100 suspension kit – Complete set of AST 5100 inverted adjustable suspension kit. Camber adjustable front top mounts, ride height adjustable front and rear, single adjust knob. Championship specification springs included. These are built to order, single dampers and external spare parts are available on request.

 

• Cat Back Exhaust System – Cooksport Championship specification 60mm stainless steel Cat back exhaust system. The Original Ford Cat is retained.

 

• Induction Kit – Cooksport Induction kit. Includes silicone induction pipe, Branded performance air filter and metal formed heat shield.

 

• Seat – Cooksport Branded Corbeau Revenge X seat FIA 8855-1999 Homologated Additional seat padding is available on request to suit smaller drivers. Additional can be ordred for coaching etc.

 

• Seat Side Mounts – Corbeau Steel side mounts set for single Corbeau revenge seat. Additional can be ordred for coaching etc.

 

• 6 Point Harness – Black Cooksport branded 6 point HANS harness Homologated to FIA 8853-2016 Additional can be ordered for coaching etc

 

• Window Net – Corbeau velcro window net, does not require welding, fits to roll cage and easy to remove.

 

• Safety Decal Sheet – Safety decal sheet features tow stickers and arrows to indicate tow points for both the front and rear, internal and external battery cut off, internal and external fire extinguisher and many other useful dash marker stickers.

 

• 4ltr Mechanical Extinguisher Kit – PD extinguishers 4.25 Litre AFFF Mechanical Fire Extinguisher System. Supplied in kit form, the kit comes complete with 4.25 litre tank, comes with pull cords, fittings and pipework to install. FIA Homologated EX056-19 Motorsport UK Compliant. This extinguisher uses AFFF Foam and has a 16 year life cycle.

 

• Window Kit x4 – ACW Motorsport plastics Polycarbonate hard coat 4mm side window kit. Flat front windows and thermoformed rear windows. 4 pieces.

 

• Wheel Stun and Nut Conversion – 16x extended wheel studs and associated wheel nuts for easy wheel change.

 

• Front Splitter – Championship specific FRP front splitter, pre drilled for ease of location. Fits to the existing Zetec S bumper extension.

 

• Rear Spoiler including mounting brackets – Championship specific FRP high level rear wing, Alluminium brackets, side plates and fitting kit. The spoiler comes pre drilled for ease of fitting. Allows use of rear wiper.

 

• Polybush Kit – Powerflex complete polybush kit. Engine and geatbox mounts, rear beam and front wishbone bushes included.

 

• Fuel Tank Cover – MSUK compliant fuel tank cover. Honeycomb sandwich structure based on a fire-resistant core with a minimum crushing strength on 18N/cm2.

 

• Boot Straps – Boot pin fixing system Brackets listed under the Cooksport bracket pack.

 

• Bonnet Pins – Bonnet fixing system in replacement of original pull cord system.

 

• Isolator Kit – Cartek Batery Isolator kit.

 

• Rain Light – Cartek rain light kit.

 

• Tow Loops x4 – 4x steel tow loops, to be fitted 2 front, 2 rear for recovery services.

 

• V-BOX – Next generation Racelogic HD lite Vbox kit. New from Racelogic, their 1080P HD 30FPS lite kit will be supplied for all cars, wide angle and larger viewing area, better quality than ever before. VBOX Video HD Lite is an all-in-one video data logging system for motorsport which captures full 1080p 30 fps HD video with fully synchronnised GNSS data. By taking power directly from the vehicle means there is no need to worry about battery life. Fiesta Junior racing is the first to have this on all cars for consistant footage throughout.

 

• Door Impact Foam – Energy absorbing IMPAX 300 door impact material. requires shaping to fit. Comes in sheet form, with template for cutting to size.

 

• ECU Map – Championship specification ECU map by Cooksport. Tested on track and on our Rolling road to comply with Junior racing specifications. Customer supplied ECU’s are upgraded with the championship specification map and returned.

 

• Assorted Brackets – These include rain light brackets, pull cord brackets, plates for tailgate mounting and other assorted bracketry throughout the car.

 

• Full Junior Spec Rollcage – Weld in SW Motorsports Cage As FIA Appendix J Art 253.8 and homologated in accordance with FIA ROPS homologation requirements. This is supplied as a kit and must be fitted professionally in accordance to homologation rules. Also comes with vehicle chassis plaque to record the build. Recommendations on approved fitting centres can be offered, Cooksport and SW Motorsports can offer fitting services, but all cages come included in the build kit and are not required to be purchased separately.

 

• Roll Cage Side Panel – MSUK mandated rollcage side impact protection panel. The side protection panel, made of composite material, fixed to the safety cage is mandatory. Vertically, it extends from the bottom of the door to the maximum height of the safety cage door bars. Horizontally, it extends from the front rollbar to the driver’s seat back.

 

• MSUK/FIA Weight Box Ballast Box – MSUK/FIA Weight Box Ballast Box for fixing of additional weight that may be required to meet minimum championship weight requirements.

 

• Door Cards – Carbon Fibre door cars for driver and passneger doors. Listed seperately are the door pull kits to ensure that doors can be reached to open and close.

 

• Door Card Pull Kit – Door pull kit for Carbon Fibre door panels to ensure ease of opening and closing of the doors.

 

• Heel Plate – Heel plate for driver side. Formed metal base to raise feet position while driving.

 

• Seat Base – Mandatory drivers seat base by SW Motorsport for Cooksport Corbeau revenge seat.

 

• Steering Wheel – OMP Targa Steering Wheel 330mm flat Suede material steering wheel.

 

• Steering Boss – Steering wheel boss to enable the fitment of OMP Targa Steering wheel.

 

• Radiator – Cooksport Lightweight Aluminium large capacity radiator in championship specification for advanced cooling.
